After an amazing feast you may need to go and lie back down and why not its your holiday, nobody needs anything from you so you can go at your own pace. If your feeling more adventures then head over to the hammock and let your tummy rest before heading off on romantic pursuit.

Delamere Forest

The a must for all visitors it is such a beautiful place to explore hand in hand , take a leisurely walk around the lake or cross over the road and visit Hatchmere nature reserve with its recently introduced Beavers. If a romantic walk sounds to sedentary to you than head over toward the visitors centre where you can hire bikes and explore on 2 wheels, the paths are all easy riding. If that’s still not enough of a thrill and you want your heart to pump a little faster then head over to our friends at Go Ape: This is a fun tree-based adventure that is going to be great for taking on the world at 50 feet! Boat Trip on the River Dee

Explore Chester and Cheshire with Chester Boats , a cruise on the River Dee is one of the most relaxing things to do in Chester. Choose a half hour City Cruise to take in views of the stunning riverside homes and gardens, with a commentary detailing Chester’s rich Roman, medieval, and industrial history. Or leave the city behind on a Two-hour Iron Bridge Cruise through the Duke of Westminster’s Eaton Estate – look out for wildlife such as cormorants and kingfishers.

This is one of those truly unique experiences, your travel photos taken by two professionals in the beautiful City of Chester. Laurine & Viktor take you to some of the most iconic and historical locations in the City and capture those special moments for you.

Chester Zoo

Chester Zoo has to be the biggest tourist attraction in the area, they have over 500 different species, including some of the most endangered species on the planet you can easily spend a full day here monkeying about. Its easy to get there in a car or you can take a train & bus.

Camp Romance

Its worth getting up a little bit early to watch the sunrise over the lakes, if your more of a night owl than an early bird, the sunsets are equally as stunning. We would definitely recommend the hire of a log burner , its so lovely to sit out under the stars maybe toasting some marshmallows. We have a few hammocks dotted around the site and they do take 2 people if your feeling brave !
